I I I I I I I i I I Councilment~ er Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 893-11-274 RESOLUTI ~N' REMOVING PIN 10-32-25-33-0001 FROM ROLE TO BE CERTIFIE!'1i',O ANOKA COUNTY FOR ASSESSMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH CI'~r~ ll tlPROVEMENT PROJECT g93-01 WHE IE~[S, City Improvement Project g93-01 is identified as sealcoafing and crack filling impro~, ;me nt to Crow's Unplatted Addition; and WHEREAS, PIN 10-32-25-33-0001 where identified on the preliminary assessment role for said p iojeet; and WHE lEAS, Improvement Project #93-01 was subsequently modified removing sealcoat and~, acl4 filling improvements from the streets having frontage on the above PIN; and WHE lEAS, an assessment hearing was held on October 12, 1993, declaring benefit to the above Pl~q although in fact no benefit had been received; and WIlE lEAS, no objection to the assessment of the said PIN was presented at the assessment ~¢ ~ng~~ and assessment resolution subsequently passed including said PIN and WHE~IEAS, the City was informed by the property owner of said PIN's of the lack of benefit subseq[uen~t to the passage of the assessment resolution. NOW THE! .EF'.ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS]~ ¥, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That fl .e C~ty Council of the City of Ramsey hereby directs the Finance Officer to withhold the certification of the assessments for said PIN to the County. 2) That.:t~e City Council directs the Finance Officer to modify the financial records from Improkeraent Project g93-01 by transferring $125.50 from the Administrative Fund for said Pi :~je~t.
