Councilmeni~"~r' Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-11-275 RESOLUTION; APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO ALLIED BLACKTOP COMPANY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS 093-01 T}IROUGI #93-07 (SEALCOA, rING) WHEIIEAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 11, 1993; and ' wilE! IEA~ S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Allied BI~ kto,p Company for the sealcoating portion of Improvement Projects g93-01 through g93-07; and WHEIIEAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski recommends final payment to Allied Blacktop Company in'ti ie ashount of $3,705.19; and WHEIIEAS, Allied Blacktop has been issued previous payments in the amount of $70,398.66.: NOW THI~ EFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEi', ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ti 1) That City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Allied Blacktop Company for the scale0. ;ti~nl~ portion of Improvement Projects g93-01 through g93-07 in the amount of $3,705 19,1f6r a total amount paid of $74,103.85. 2) That .ffi, e C!.~ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form ~6r this final payment. 3) That ~ total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment ~ of November of billslfor-~e month 1993. 4) That ~ City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
