I I I I I I Couneilmeml~ POterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~/93-12-282 RESOLU~ON ADOPTING THE 1993, PAYABLE 1994, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY THERI[FOI[E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY NOW OF RAMgE¥~r --COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That tl~ following levies for assessed 1993, payable 1994, be levied upon the taxable property in said[City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GE~LEVY F~lnd~01: General Fund -General Operations: ~: Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) $ 291,335 ~, I-IACA (as certified) 515,245 Collected as property tax 955,811 $ 1,762,391 2) 3) DEBT That ~EI~VICE LEVY ~,.ci~! Assessment Obligations (collected as property tax): l~nd 317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service $ Fund 321: 1992B (3. O. Debt Service Total Proposed Levies 20,525 4,327 th is final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 14, 1993. 24,852 1,787,243 That th~,s fin, al levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the purpose of hearing the t}pinions of Ramsey Residents on the proposed budget and amount of property taxes. 4) That th9 City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka CountyiAuditor's Office on or before Tuesday, December 28, 1993 for the purpose of complying with Truth Ia TaXation.
