FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-19 <br /> WHE~tEAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on January <br /> 26, 1993; ~ <br /> wHF~EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on January <br /> 26, 1993; an~, <br /> WHE~IEAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the <br /> for the construction of Improvement Project g92-19; and <br /> Inc. <br />bid to Bonine?x ava g, <br /> City Engineer Steve Jankowski recommends final payment No. 2 to <br />Bonine ExcaOatitig, Inc, in the amount of $6,180.06, including $3,505.00 for Change Order No. <br />1. <br />NOW THI~RE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSi~Y, ~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the 12i,'ty Council hereby authorized final payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the <br /> const~ ction of Improvement Project g92-19 in the amount of $6,180.06. <br /> <br />2) That ~e City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br /> formfpr ~is final payment. <br />3) That tl~e total of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills <br /> for th~moath of December 1993. <br />4) That tile C~ty of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion f~r the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gilbertson <br />and upon vo~be~g taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> ayo~ Oi!~rtson <br /> Counc~ilm~rnber Hardin <br /> Coun~m~nbcr Beyer <br /> Councjlm~mber Peterson <br /> Court ,~e[lm6mber Zimmerman <br />and the follo~i~'ng 9oted against the same: <br /> None '~ <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
