Councilmetnber Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION b'94-02-029 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A ON IMPR_OVEMENT PROJECT #94-07 (SEALCOAT ALPACA :ESTATES 3RD ADDITION) PUBLIC HEARING AND CRACKFILL WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $6,905 Estimated total assessment Estimated assessment per unit three (3) year term $3,453 $ 157 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $6,905. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March 1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Couneilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
