Councilmember Hardin introduc~ the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-02-032 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPliOVEMENT PROJECT #94-10 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL GOLDEN EAGLE ESTATES) WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1994 Sheet Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $24,860 Estimated total assessment Estimated assessment per unit three (3) year term $12,430 $ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF!RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of scalcoafing of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $24,860. That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of Mar~h 1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and imPrOvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Cdlbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Zirnmerman Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
