Councilme~ber Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 094-02-033 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-11 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL <br />SECTION 6 UNPLATTED) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December <br />14, 1993, ~o prepare a feasibility study for the 1994 Strut Maintenance Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, <br />1994, which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br /> <br />$28,500 <br /> <br />Estimated total assessment <br />Estimated assessment per unit <br /> three (3) year term <br /> <br />$14,250 <br />$ 238 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF 'RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such <br />streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />porte, on of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $28,500. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of <br />March 1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Oilbertson <br />Councilm~mber Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmgnnan <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
