Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-02-034 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT /0)4-12 (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY SPORTS HAVEN/CAROL ROSE ADDITIONS) WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $43,095 NOW CITY Estimated total assessment $21,548 Estimated assessment per unit ten (10) year term $ 526 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF~ RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealeoafing of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $43,095. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March 1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion:for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
