Councilmomber Peterson intnxiuced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: PROPOSED RESOLUTION g94-02-0'39 A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A HOME OCCUPATION WI'/EP~.. AS, Robert and Susan Bowman properly applied for a conditional Use permit for a home oeeiapation to continue operation of an electronic automobile equipment repair facility within the private dwelling on the property generally known as 14450 Bowers Drive N.W. and legally descaSbed as follows: Lot 32, BOWERS MISSISSIPPI ACRES, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on February 1, 1994, conducted the public hearing, formulated findings of fact and recommended City Council denial of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council considered the request and adopted Findings of Fact #0353 on February 22, 1994. Based on Findings of Fact g0353, a conditional use permit for a home occupation is hereby denied for Robert and Susan Bowman at 14450 Bowers Drive N.W. That Robert and Susan Bowman are hereby given a time frame of September 1, 1994 to relocate the electronic automobile equipment repair business currently being conducted in their home to an appropriate commercial location. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor James Gilbertson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor James Gilbertson Counoilmember Kenneth Peterson Coun0.1membe~r Gerald Zimmerman Councilmember Sheila Beyer CounOilrnember Glen Hardin and the following voted against the same: Non~ and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
