Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-02-042 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF PINEWOOD SHADOWS WHEREAS, Gerald and Heidi Bauer, hereafter referred to as "Developers", have properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota AND'WHEREAS, on January 21, 1994, the City received application and sketch plan from Gerald Bauer for Pinewood Shadows; and WHEREAS, The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 1, 1994 and approved the isketch plan of Pinewood Shadows and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on February 10, 1994 and confirmed tha~ no park dedication is due on Pinewood Shadows. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Pinewood Shadows in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman a~d upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson CoUncilmember Beyer Coundlmember Zimmerman Counellmember Hardin councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of February, 1994. ~~~ A~dministrator
