Councilmcmber Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-03-056 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT RIDGE CONTINGENT UPON PROVIDING A TREE PRESERVATION PLAN AND COMPLYING WITH LRRWMO PERMIT REQUIREMENTS WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the west 650 feet of the south 330 feet tliereof; - and- Outlot C, WOOD POND HILLS, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, On June 7, 1993, the City received application and sketch plan from Good Value Homes, Inc. for Chestnut Ridge; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 5, 1993, and tabled action on the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on January 4, 1994, and approved the preliminary pht of Chestnut Ridge and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on January 25, 1994 and approved the preliminary plat for Chestnut Ridge; and WHEREAS, the park dedication shall be satisfied with a cash payment. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Chestnut Ridge in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion fOr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Oilbenson Couneflmember Peterson Couneilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Coun¢ilmember Hardin and the following voted against the same: None
