Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g94-03-061 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER RATE FOR THE SALE OF WATER TO <br />PARTIES NOT DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE CITY WATER UTILITY <br />SYSTEM AND ADDING THIS CHARGE TO THE SCHEDULE OF RATES AND <br />CHARGES' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey customarily sales various quantities of City water to <br />contractors, developers and parties not directly connected to the municipal water system; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this type of charge has not been directly identified on the Schedule of Rates and <br />Charges. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby establishes a rate of $2.20 per 1,000 gallons for <br />water: sold to contractors, developers or parties not directly connected to the municipal <br />water system. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Finance Officer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of Rate and Charges to <br />incorpOrate the addition of this new charge. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Couneilmember Hardin <br />Couneilmember Beyer <br />Couneilmember Peterson <br />Coun&lmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd day of March, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />
