Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-04-066 RESOLUT~ION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS CERTIFIED IN 1993 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-06, CITY FUND #437, COUNTY FUND #82193. WHEREAS, the City's Improvement Project Number 93-06 is identified as Sealcoafing and Street Crackfilling for Pineview Estates 1st and 2nd Additions. WHEREAS, prepayment was received by the City of Ramsey as follows: and R21-32-25-43-0022 Preoaid Date Octol~er 27, 1993 Prepaid Amount $144.66 wHEREAS, the prepayment was not removed from the assessment roll at Anoka County; WHEREAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessments for Improvement Project g93-06, City Fund #437, County Fund #82193 for parcel R21-32-25-43-0022. 2) That the City of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owner involved of the Council's action. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upOn vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbenson Couneilmember Peterson Coundlmember Beyer Couneilmember Hardin Coundlmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
