Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g94-04-073 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT b'94-15 (STREET LIGHT <br />GREEN VALLEY ESTATES 2ND ADDITION) <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT FOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted April 12, <br />1994, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to the <br />installation Of subdivision street lighting in the Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition, Improvement <br />Project g94-15; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 26, 1994. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of such subdivision street <br />lighting in accordance with said report. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of May, <br />1994 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Couneiimember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Coun¢ilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution declared duly passed ~.~' '~? /'7 ~./ <br /> was and adopted by the Ramsey City Cguncil this <br />the 26th day of April, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />
