Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-04-073 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A IMPROVEMENT PROJECT b'94-15 (STREET LIGHT GREEN VALLEY ESTATES 2ND ADDITION) PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT FOR WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted April 12, 1994, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to the installation Of subdivision street lighting in the Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition, Improvement Project g94-15; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 26, 1994. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of such subdivision street lighting in accordance with said report. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of May, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Couneiimember Zimmerman Councilmember Hardin Coun¢ilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Beyer whereupon said resolution declared duly passed ~.~' '~? /'7 ~./ was and adopted by the Ramsey City Cguncil this the 26th day of April, 1994.
