Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION //94-05-082 RESOLUTION AMENDING CONTRACT ,FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SUNWOOD DRIVE WHEREAS, City Council has entered into a contract with Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. to prepare a preliminary plan identifying the alignment and grade of Phase II of the above project; and WHEREAS, this existing contract specifically limits the staking authorized to Phase I of the project; and WHEREAS, the City has received a commitment from Waste Management Inc. to provide the rough grading for Phase II of said roadway in conjunction with their landfill abandonment. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. be authorized to provide grade staking for the alignment in accordance with the hourly rate submitted previously for Phase I of the project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gilbertson and upon vot~ being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' Mayor Gilbertson Counc'ilmember Zimmerman Counoilmember Hardin Couneilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: Councilmember Beyer and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City.
