Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-05-090 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-04 <br />(SEALCOATING AND CRACK FILLING OF HAUSER/HY-10 RAMSEY IST, <br />3RD, AND' 4TH ADDITIONS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 22, 1994, fixed a date <br />for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling Hauser/Hy- 10 <br />Ramsey 1 st, 3rd, and 4th Additions (Project g94-04); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the heating was held thereon on March 22, 1994, at which time all persons desiring to <br />be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted <br />February 22, 1994. <br /> <br />2) City Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement.
