Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-05-093 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SP, ECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-07 (SEALCO3.TING AND CRACK FILLING OF ALPACA ESTATES 3RD ADDITION) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 22, 1994, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition (Project #94-07); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the heating was given, and tl~ hearing was held thereon on March 22, 1994, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted Feb~ary 22, 1994. 2) City Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Coun¢ilmember Peterson Coun¢ilmember Beyer Couneilmember Hardin Coun~ilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adop3e~d by the I}~mse> Cjl;j~ ouncj1 this the 24th day of May, 1994. ~~/~3~ ~~~j.
