Councilmeraber Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-05-098 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-13 (BITUMINCIUS OVERLAYING OF WHISPERING PINES ESTATES PLAT 3) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 22, 1994, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of bituminous overlaying Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3 (Project//94-13); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the heating was given, and the hearing was held thereon on March 22, 1994, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such. improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted February 22, 1994. 2) City Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this imprOvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Coun¢ilmember Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of May, 1994. c~//_~f~~~~?"f ~~ " an ni U Or
