Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-05-106 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT ORDERING AN ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE E~VIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) FOR SUNWOOD DRIVE N.W. WHEREAS, according to Minnesota Rules 4410.4300 Subd 22A, the City of Ramsey is required m complete an EAW for the proposed construction of Sunwood Drive N.W.; and WHEREAS, the City is required to complete an archaeological survey to complete the required EAW; and WHEREAS, the City has requested proposals for the required survey from the list of State-approved consultants for this type of survey; and WHEREAS, the City has received bids ranging from $1,200.00 to $4,800.00 for the completion of the survey. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign all necessary documents and enter into a contact for a not to exceed amount of $1,200.00 for the completion of the archaeological survey for the EAW for Sunwood Drive N.W. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gilbertson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin CoUncilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson Couneilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of May, 1994.
