Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-06-121 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT I# 94-19 (REALIGNMENT OF FELDSPAR STREET N.W. BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY #10 AND RIVERDALE DRIVE NOW.) WHEREAS, the City has approved Phase 1 of the Rivenwick subdivision which requires the realignment of Feldspar Street between State Highway #10 and Riverdale Drive N.W.; and WItEREAS, the City, at this time, is planning for the realignment of this section of Feldspar StrUt N.W.; and WItI~IREAS, the developer of Rivenwick and the owner of the adjacent property have indicated an ihterest in the completion of this improvement. NOW TItEREFORE, BE' IT RESOLVED BY TItE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the project is hereby referred to Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study for the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #94~ 19. The motion fipr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Counoilmember Peterson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the folloWing abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of June, 1994.
