Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-06-122 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #94-20 (ANOKA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE UTILITIES EXTENSION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a request for a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvement,, of sanitary sewer and water to Anoka Electric Cooperative's parcel located at the <br />southeast corner of County Road #116 and County Road #56; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the request to be in accordance with the <br />City's Capital improvement Plan for the extension of City utilities to the above described area. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That a certain request for a feasibility study to consider the improvement of sanitary sewer and <br />water to Anoka Electric Cooperative's parcel located at the southeast corner of County Road <br />#116 and County Road #56 has been filed with the City Council on June 14, 1994. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the request is hereby referred to Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of <br />the prOject to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to <br />whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. <br /> <br />3) That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project 404-20. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />MayorGilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councflmember Hardin <br />CounciJmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the followh~g abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />the 14th day of June, I994. ,-'/ -~/~"''~ ~.~/~'7'_ ' , <br /> <br /> strator t <br /> <br /> <br />
