Councilmetr~ber Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #94-06-128 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHIgREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., has properly applied for a variance to cul-de-sac <br />length on property legally described as follows, upon recording: <br /> <br />CHESTNUT RIDGE, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 6, 1994, and recommended City <br />Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />Based~on Findings of Fact #0364, a variance to construct Krypton Street N.W. as a cul-de- <br />sac that exceeds the 600 foot maximum length by approximately 800 feet is hereby granted. <br /> <br />That Good Value Homes, Inc., shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gilbertson <br />and upon vote ibeing taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councitmember Gerald Zimmerman <br />Couneilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Counciimember Sheila Beyer <br />Counciimember Glen Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th <br />day of June, 1994. <br /> <br />Good Value Homes, Inc., hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that they have <br />reviewed the terms of the variance and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of the <br />variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
