Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #94-06-130 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH SQUARE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jack Menkveld, President of North Suburban Development, Inc., hereafter <br />referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots l i 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 2; <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, Block 3; Lot 1, Block 4; Outlots <br />A, B, C; Sunfish Square, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on June 1, 1993, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved the sketch plan for Sunfish Square with modifications; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on June 10, 1993, and <br />recommended !acceptance of land and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 5, 1993, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />conducted a pt~blic hearing regarding Sunfish Square and recommended preliminary plat approval <br />of same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on April 12, 1994 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Sunfish Square. <br /> <br />NOW THER~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Sunfish Square in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gilbertson <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gilbertson <br /> Councilmember Peterson <br /> Councilmember Beyer <br /> Coun¢i!member Hardin <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
