Councilmen~er Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-07-149 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GUY ADDITION WHEREAS, Neil H. Guy Trust, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for pll~t approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 21 and Lot 22, Auditors Subdivision No. 96, excepting therefrom the northeasterly 206.43 feet of the southeasterly 211.02 feet, Anoka County, Minnesota AND rWHEREAS, on June 7, 1994, the City received application and sketch plan for Guy Additioniand directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage in accordance with items addressed in City Staff Review Letter dated June 29, 1994; and wHEREAS, park dedication shall be satisfied by a cash payment. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Guy Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon: a) the Developer providing a 60' wide drainage and utility easement along the north boundary of Lots 1 and 2. b) The Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Zimmem~an Couneil~ember Beyer Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: Mayor Gilbenson and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of July, 1994.
