Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #94-07-150 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />5TH ADDITION <br /> <br />OF CHESTNUT HILL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property: <br /> <br />That part of the South 330.0 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 32, <br />Range, 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 984.60 feet thereof <br />and the East 100.0 feet of the West 1084.60 feet of that part of said Government <br />Lot 3 lying North of the South 330.0 feet thereof and south of Sunfish Lake Drive <br />as now laid out as established. <br /> <br />Except that portion of the East 100.0 feet of the West 1084.60 feet of that part of <br />said Government Lot 3 lying North and East of a line drawn at right angles from a <br />point which lies 100.00 feet from the Northwest comer of said East 100.00 feet of <br />the W~est 1084.60 feet of that part of Government Lot 3 as measured along the <br />South and East right-of-way of Sunfish Lake Drive as now laid out. <br /> <br /> and E~xcept that part of said South 330.0 feet of Government Lot 3, platted as <br /> Chestnut Hill 4th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof in said Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on January 3, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved thesketch plan for Chestnut Hill; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 10, 1989 the Ramsey City Council ordered the preparation of <br />an EAW for ]Egvironmental Quality Board (EQB) approval relating to the proposed developments <br />of Chestnut Hill, Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 11, 1989 the City of Ramsey received a letter from the EQB <br />acknowledging receipt of a negative declaration and indicating that no ElS would be required for <br />Chestnut Hill, Cedar Hills and Windemere Woods; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13, 1989 the Metro Council authorized the expansion of the <br />MUSA boundary to include the area of the proposed Chestnut Hill; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 10, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted <br />a public hearing regarding Chestnut Hill and on July 18, 1989 recommended preliminary plat <br />approval of Chestnut Hill; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 22, 1989 the Ramsey City Council adopted Ordinance #89-19 <br />which rezoned :the proposed Chestnut Hill from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHERE~ AS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989 <br />and recommended acceptance of the joint park plan for Cedar Hills, Chestnut Hill and Windemere <br />Woods, which ihcluded a combination of land and cash; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 3, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission declared <br />the proposed Zubdivision of Chestnut Hill consistent with the official zoning map and <br />Comprehensive Plan for the City of Ramsey as part of the subdivider's request for Tax Increment <br />Financing; and. <br /> <br /> <br />
