Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-08-152 RESOLUTIOI~ PROCLAIMING THE INDUCTION OF ALAN C. PHILLIPS AS THE 1993 ADDITION TO THE RAMSEY BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT HALL OF FAME WHEREAS, our business community forms the economic structure of our City as well as the quality of life and community spirit; and WHERISAS, our businesses and industries offer goods and services which provide comfort and convenience, and sustain the health, safety and welfare of the City residents; and WHEREAS, Alan C. Phillips has been a driving force behind the development of the City of Ramsey's economic growth and well-being; and WHEREAS, Mr. Phillips has been involved with numerous programs developed and offered by the City of Ramsey. NOW THERFaFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby recognizes Alan C. Phillips as the 1993 inductee into the City of Ramsey's Business and Economic Development Hall of Fame for his involvement in the community and his contributions to the economic growth and well-being of the City of Ramsey.
