Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g94-08-154 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT ~94-18 (EXTENSION OF MUNICIPAL WATER AND SANITARY <br />SEWER TO LOT 1, BLOCK 1, RAMSEY 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK AND <br />IMPROVEMENT TO URANIUM STREET N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has been approached by Mr. Dennis Sharp for the <br />development of an incubator type facility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed location of this facility is in a tax increment district; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it will be necessary to have municipal sewer, water and street <br />improvements~to service this facility. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the project is hereby referred to Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed <br />to prepare a feasibility study for the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />the cost of the project. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should best <br />be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. <br /> <br />That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project 4/94- <br />18. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and uPOn vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmernber Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Counciimember Beyer <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> <br />the 9th day of August, 1994. <br /> <br />'--~i¥~'Administrittor <br /> <br /> <br />
