Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION i~t94.08-156 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TIIE CITY OF RAMSEY SAFETY MANUAL <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey believes that every employee is <br />entitled to wo~ under safest conditions possible; and <br /> <br /> WI-IEREAS, the City Council wishes to make every reasonable effort to promote accident <br />prevention, fire prevention, and health conservation; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City Council intends to maintain a public liability and employees' safety <br />and loss control program that will conform with the best practices of municipalities of our type. <br /> <br /> NOWi TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />TIIE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby approves the Safety Manual. <br /> <br />The motion fo/the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br /> MayorrGilbertson <br /> Councilmember Hardin <br /> Counoilmember Zimmerman <br /> Councflmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councitmember Beyer <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of August, 1994. <br /> <br /> r <br /> <br /> <br />
