Councilmem~r Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-08-158 A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO A VARIANCE FROM MINIMUM STREET STREET FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS WHEREAS, on September 7, 1993, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment approved Lynn Mortensoffs request for a variance to lot width (street frontage) to construct a home on the property legally described as follows: Ali that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, and of the Southeast Quarter of said Northeast Quarter, all being parts of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, MinneSOta, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North 0 degrees 01 minutes 38 seconds West along the West line thereof for a distance of 410.35 feet to the centerline of County Ditch No. 3; thence South 70 degrees 37 minutes 24 seconds East, along said ditch centerline, for a distance of 236.13 feet; thence North 79 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, along said ditch centerline, for a distance of 2031.41 feet (along a line that if extended would pass through a point on the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 790.00 feet north of the southeast corner thereof); thence South 68 degrees 03 minutes 09 seconds East, along said ditch centerline, for a distance of 46.63 feet; thence South 45 degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds East, along said ditch centerline, for a distance of 539.84 feet, more or less, to intersect said East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 0 degrees 13 minutes 48 seconds West along said East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter for a distance of 161.97 feet, more or less, to intersect the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47, also known as St. Francis Boulevard; thence southeasterly along said highway centerline for a distance of 561.79 feet, more or less, to intersect the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 44 minutes 11 seconds West along said South line for a distance of 304.00 feet, more or less, to the Southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence continue South 89 degrees 44 minutes 11 seconds West along the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and along the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for a distance of 2644.90 feet, more or less, to the Point Of Beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that part of the South 435.60 feet, as measured at right angles, of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying west of the Northerly extension of the East line of Lot 6, Block 2, of the duly recorded plat of HALL - ANDERSON ACRES, said Anoka County. For the purposes of this description the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter is assumed to bear South 89 degrees 44 minutes 11 seconds West. Containing 21.37 acres, more or less. Subject to that part thereof taken for said State Trunk Highway No. 47 over and across the northeasterly 33 feet thereof as measured at right angles to said highway centerline. Subject to that part thereof taken for an easement for said County Ditch No. 3 over, across, and under that part thereof lying within * feet on each side thereof as measured at right angles to said DitCh centerline. Also subject to other easements of record, if any. WHEREAS, Section 9.03.05 of City Code states that a variance is null and void if it is not initiated within 12 months of approval; and
