Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-08-162 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g94-21 (STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT TO PINE COVE ADDITION) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted July 26, 1994, a report ihas been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to the installation of subdivision street lighting in the Pine Cove Addition, Improvement Project g94-21; and wHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on August 22, 1994. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of such subdivision street lighting in accordance with said report. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 27th day of September, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Hardin Couneilmember Beyer Couneilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of August, 1994. ~v A~ministrator
