Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-08-162 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g94-21 (STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT TO <br />PINE COVE ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted July 26, <br />1994, a report ihas been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to the <br />installation of subdivision street lighting in the Pine Cove Addition, Improvement Project g94-21; <br />and <br /> <br />wHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on August 22, 1994. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of such subdivision street <br />lighting in accordance with said report. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 27th day of <br />September, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. <br />and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Couneilmember Beyer <br />Couneilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> <br />the 22nd day of August, 1994. <br /> <br />~v A~ministrator <br /> <br /> <br />
