Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-08-165 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING <br />ELECTION ON SEPTEMBER <br />NOVEMBER 8, 1994 <br /> <br />ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE PRIMARY <br />13, 1994 AND THE GENERAL ELECTION ON <br /> <br /> wHEREAS, the City of Ramsey will be conducting a Primary Election on September <br />13, 1994 and a General Election on November 8, 1994; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 204B.21, election judges for <br />precincts in a municipality must be appointed by the governing body of that municipality; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the hourly rate of pay will be $4.75 for election judge trainees, $5.50 for <br />regular election judges and $6.00 for chairs. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the following individuals be appointed to serve as election judges for the Primary <br />Election to be held on September 13, 1994 and the General Election to be held on <br />November 8, 1994: <br /> <br />Pr¢¢i11¢~ lA - Ramse_y Elementary School: <br /> <br />1.
