CouncilmembL-'r Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-09-211 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~g94-22 (THE EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER, <br />STORM SF)WER, WATERMAIN, AND STREET RESTORATION TO SERVICE <br />THE EASTERN 700 FEET OF 150TH LANE N.W. IN PONDVALE ESTATES <br />2ND ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of August 22, <br />1994, to prep~e a feasibility study for the said improvement project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on September 27, <br />1994, which ifldicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br /> <br />Estimated total assessment <br />Esfirr~ted assessment per unit <br /> ten (1:0) year term <br /> <br />$96,210 <br />$ 9,708 <br />$ 1,241 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the said improvements in accordance with the <br />report~and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code <br />Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $96,210. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day of <br />October 1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the C[.ty Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and upbn vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor~Gilbertson <br /> Councilmember Peterson <br /> Counejlmember Hardin <br /> Coundlmember Beyer <br /> Counctlmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
