Mayor Gilbert~n introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-09-213 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE PINE COVE ADDITION (PROJECT g94-21) WHEREAS, on July 26, 1994, the City Council received a petition calling for the installation of ~treet lights to the Pine Cove Addition; and WHEREAS, the City Council directed the City Engineer to prepare a feasibility study to advise on the ¢ost of the project as it would affect each property owner; and WHEREAS, the policy for subdivision street lights calls for billings directly to the affected properties; and WHEREAS, on September 27, 1994 a public hearing was held for the purpose of receiving public input; and WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the project presented at during the public hearing. . .and a~.~orion was made., and passed by the City Council ordering the installation of street hghts ~n the Pine Cove Addmon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the City Engineer is hereby author!.~.ed and directed arrange for the installation of street lights in the Pine Cove Addition and to direct the billing of $4.55 per month to affected properties.. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson and tipon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor~Gilbertson Counctlmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Counc~tlmember Hardin Couneilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon s~d resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Rams~j~ City Council this the 12th day of September, 1994. ~~__~:~ ~~~,~C~' ~ ' ~'~ ~ t/
