Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-11-254 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS CERTIFIED IN 1994 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT //94.11, CITY FUND #438, COUNTY FUND #82319 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Improvement Project g94-11 is identified as Sealcoat and Crack <br />Fill - Section 6 Unplatted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parcel identified by PIN 06-32-25-24-0009, located at 17720 Baugh <br />Street N.W., was assessed an amount of $195.27; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said property did not benefit from the improvements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the assessments have been certified to the County of Anoka for payable <br />1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, to correct the County roll, it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve <br />an abatement of these special assessments. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSES, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves the abatement of special <br />assessments for City Improvement Project g94-11, City Fund #438, County Fund #82319 <br />for parcel identified by PIN 06-32-25-24-0009, located at 17720 Baugh Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as <br />required by the Anoka County Auditor's office in this regard. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br /> <br />
