Counciimember/Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-12-264 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1994, PAYABLE 1995, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY NOW THERI~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th~ following levies for assessed 1994, payable 1995, be levied upon the taxable property in said ~City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: LEVY Fund I01: General Fund - General Operations: Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) I-IACA (as certified) Collected as property tax 285,342 521,445 1,156,659 $ 1,963,446 DEBT~ SERVICE LEVY Special Assessment Obligations (collected as property tax): Fund 317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service $ Fund 321: 1992B G. O. Debt Service 20,506 4,425 24,931 Total Levies $ 1,988,377 2) That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 12, 1994. 3) That his final levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the purpose of hearing the opinions of Ramsey Residents on the proposed budget and amount of property taxes. 4) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka CoUr~,ty Auditor's Office on or before Wednesday, December 28, 1994 for the purpose of complying with Tmfll In Taxation.
