2) <br /> <br />Provide a specific definition of "detached townhouse" in City Code and <br />change the definition of"townhouse." <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />When reviewing proposed developments, it is suggested to review proposals <br />as an R-2 Medium Density Residential use, but require a Planned Unit <br />Development until everyone is more comfortable with reviewing these against <br />the standards. <br /> <br />Establish standards that would produce more space between the buildings. <br />Houses seem crowded in the Village of Sunfish Lake. <br /> <br />These suggestions have been incorporated into the proposed Code changes. In regards to <br />item #4, there are three ways to approach adding more "space" between units. One is to <br />redefine the open space requirements or increase the amount of open space requirements <br />by allowing for more condensed living quarters, but including more specific provisions <br />for community space.
