<br />Dwelling, .Duplex, Triplex~ and Qquad -"Duplex," Triplex," and "Qguad" mean a
<br />dwelling structure on a single lot, having two, tlzree, and four units, respectively, being
<br />attached by common wails and each unit equipped with separate sleeping, cooking,
<br />eating, living, and sanitation facilities.

<br />Dwelling~ Guest cottage or Accessorv Apartment. A structure used as a dwelling unit
<br />that may contain sleeping spaces and kitchen and bathroom facilities in addition to those
<br />provided in the primary dwelling unit on a lot.
<br />
<br />Dwelling, Manufactured Home - A structure, transportable in one or more sections,
<br />which in the traveling mode, is eight (8) body feet or more in width and forty (40) body
<br />feet or more in length, or, when erected on site, is 320 or more square feet, and which is
<br />built on a permanent chassis and designated to be used as a dwelling with or without a
<br />permanent foundation when connected to the required-utilities, and includes the
<br />plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein; except that
<br />the term includes any structure which meets all the requirements and with respect to
<br />which the manufacturer voluntarily files a certification pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
<br />Sections 327.31 through 327.36, as amended.

<br />Dwelling, Mobile Home - Any structure constructed in such a manner as to permit
<br />occupancy thereof, as living quarters and so designed that it is or may be mounted on
<br />wheels, and conveyed on highways or streets, drawn by other motor power. Any mobile
<br />home less than thirty (30) feet in overall length is defined as a "Recreational Vehicle."

<br />Homeowners' Association (HOA) - An or,oanization comprisin~o neio~hbors concerned
<br />with mana~ine the common areas ora subdivision, ,-overned by a board, that create a set
<br />of bylaws, in addition to City remdatiom to zovern themselves. These boards own and
<br />maintain commonly-held land within a townhouse or sinele-familv development, and are
<br />responsible for private street maintenance, snow removal, landscapinz, and/or buildinz
<br />maintenance. Each homeowners' association varies in its scope and responsibilities. The
<br />homeowners' association is responsible for enforcinz any covenants, conditions, and
<br />restrictions that apply to the property.
