Conditional Uses (Subject to Performance Standards in this <br />Section and as established in §9~ 10) <br /> <br />Animal Clinics. <br />Other uses recommended by the Planning Commission and found by the <br />City Council to be consistent with the intent of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5.
