Petition Against Zoning Chanqe <br /> <br /> The undersigned residents of the city of Ramsey oppose the <br /> change in zoning in the area of the proposed development at the <br /> corner of 151~ bane Northwest and County Road 5/Nowthen <br /> Boulevard. We purchased our homes in a single family residential <br /> zoning district and we have a right to expect that the city will <br /> <br /> maintain this zoning. A change in zoning would decrease the value <br /> <br />of our homes in addition to damaging the use and enjoyment of <br />our property. In addition the increase in traffic, limited access to <br />our neighborhood, congestion, and added school population would <br />incre~e our real estate taxes to pay for more schools and <br />' additional city services.
