Also Lot 3, Block 1 Haubrich Addition (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on December 30, 2005, the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan from Skyline Partners for a plat to be named The Oaks; and WHEREAS, on February 2, 2006, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan; and provided comments regarding the plan including the fact that they did 'not support a comprehensive plan amendment for this property; and WHEREAS, on March 12, 2006, the City Council reviewed the sketch plan and provided comments, expressing their general approval of the concept and concerns with the density on the south side of the plat; and WHEREAS, on June 6, 2006, the Developer submitted a complete preliminary plat for Skyline Pointe to the City; and WHEREAS, on July I0, 2006, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended the City Council approve/deny the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, on , the Park and Recreation Commission recommended park dedication and trail fees be satisfied through ; and WHEREAS, on , the C~ty Counctl ~ap~.r_~y~em~d_ the request to rezone the Subject Property to Planned Unit Development to allow development of the property with detached townhomes; and WHEREAS, on , the City Council approved/denied the request for a comprehensive plan amendment to increase the density of the proposed plat; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA; That the Ramsey City Council hereby ~O~t~-~?d~eg-~_e~{ preliminary plat approval to Skyline Pointe, contingent upon the following conditions: I.
