Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-02-036 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VARIANCE TO <br />TERRY HENDRIKSEN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 17, 1994, Terry Hendriksen was granted a variance to construct <br />an addition to the principal structure that will encroach on the C.S.A.H. #56 thoroughfare setback <br />on the property generally known as 15631 Ramsey Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, {}9.03.05 of the City Code states that a variance shall become null and void <br />one year after the date of issuance if it is not initiated or utilized, unless City Council has granted an <br />extension. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a written request from Terry Hendriksen, dated <br />February 16, 1995, in accordance with §9.03.05 of the City Code, indicating that the addition to <br />the home has not commenced and that a one year extension be granted to the variance. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a one year extension to Terry Hendriksen at <br />15631 Ramsey Boulevard N.W. for the construction of an addition to the principal <br />structure of the property that will encroach on the thoroughfare setback of C.S.A.H. #56 <br />(Ramsey Boulevard N.W.). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Peterson and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beahen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 28th day of February, 1995. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
