Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-02-038 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WHITETAIL MEADOWS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lawrence Ferber, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The north half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying east of the right of way of County Road No. 83, <br />according to the recorded plat of: Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 33. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on January 12, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />Lawrence Ferber; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 7, 1995 and <br />approved the sketch plan of Whitetail Meadows and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat <br />stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, he Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on February 9, 1995 and <br />recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to WHITETAIL MEADOWS in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beahen <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Couneilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />28th day of February, 1995. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
