Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-04-068 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g95-04 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL 153RD AVENUE N.W. FROM C.R. #5 TO C.R. #56) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted January 10, 1995, fixed a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling 153rd Avenue N.W. from C.R. #5 to C.R. #56 (Project//95-04); and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held on February 14, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public heating; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 10, 1995. 2) City Engineer Steven Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of April, 1995.
