Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #95-04-077 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVER'S BEND <br />ADDITION <br /> <br />4TH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Richard Foster, R. F. Development, and Arthur Raudio, Ramsey Center <br />Limited Partnership, hereafter referred to as "Developers" have properly applied for final plat <br />approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots D, E and F, River's Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />hereafter referred to as "Subject Property." <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on August 6, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved <br />the sketch plan for River's Bend 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 10, 1980, the City of Ramsey and Ramsey Center Partnership <br />entered into an agreement wherein any park dedication due on the Subject Property was waived; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 2, 1993, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />conducted a public hearing regarding River's Bend 3rd Addition and recommended preliminary <br />plat approval of same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on February 23, 1993 and granted preliminary <br />plat approval of Rivers Bend 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 23, 1993 and approved the first phase <br />of River's Bend 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 21, 1995, the Developers applied for final plat approval of <br />River's Bend 4th Addition, a subsequent phase of River's Bend 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of River's Bend 4th <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Beyer and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution 95-04-077 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
