<br />17. Waiver. The waiver by Landlord of any breach of any term, covenants, or condition <br />herein contained shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such term, covenant or condition herein <br />contained. <br /> <br />18. Terms are severable. The covenants and conditions herein contained shall, subject <br />to the provisions as to assignment, apply to and bind the heirs, successors, executors, <br />administrators and assigns of all ofthe parties hereto; and all of the parties hereto shall be jointly <br />and severally liable hereunder. <br /> <br />19. As is Condition. Tenant accepts the Property "As Is". Tenant acknowledges that the <br />property is in generally "poor" condition. That is has been unoccupied for several years, is not <br />serviced by any municipal utilities and is not heated.
