These temporary stops signs shall be removed upon
termination of the county road closures.

Action:

City Council ratified the recommendation of the Public Works Committee on June 27th, 2006.

We/comes Road Neighborhood

This neighborhood consists of the unpaved streets west of Variolite Street, which include 163 rd
Lane, Uranimite Street, 1 64th Lane, Sapphire Street, and 1 64th Avenue. These streets provide an
east/west connection between Variolite and Ramsey Boulevard between Alpine Drive (one mile
to the south) and CR 63 (1 Y. mile to the north). Because of this unique geography this ostreet'
facilitates traffic beyond that of the use of the fronting residents. Concern has been expressed
over the use of the street by construction traffic utilizing the roadway to transport equipment and
materials between the proposed Brookfield Addition and the proposed Sweet Bay Ridge,
subdivision.

-101-
