Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-05-101 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTING, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g93-10 ANNANDALE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 8, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Annandale Conlracting, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g93-10; and WHEREAS, the value of the work performed has been certified by the City Engineer to be $139,141.57; and WHEREAS, the City has issued previous payments for this project in the amount of $128,179.77; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends final payment to Annandale Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $10,961.80. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Annandale Contracting, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g93-10 in the amount of $10,961.80. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of May 1995. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
