Board Member Sibilski stated that his property was not crossed but they went down the
road in front of his property.

Board Member Max stated that he received notification but they did have to cross the
southern end of his property.

Board Member Sibilski stated that the original plan was not to come along his road. He
stated that the map on the City website never indicated the water main coming down his
road, as it was supposed to go to the north through the Brookfield addition. He stated
that from an environmental standpoint, there should have been a notification ahead of
time so that he had an opportunity to have some input.

Board Member Freeburg asked what the condition of the wetland is today.

Board Member Sibilski stated that the wetland is completely dry now. He stated that
with the amount of water that was pumped out, it will take a long time for the wetland to
fill in again and the turtle population seems to have disappeared.

Coordinator Anderson stated that he would look into the issue and contact him at a later
date with an explanation.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

Motion by Board Member Max and seconded by Board Member Olds to approve the
agenda as submitted.

Motion carried.
