Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-05-108 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF DEAL INDUSTRIAL <br />PARK. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, James D. Deal, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has property applied for <br />plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of Government Lot 3 and of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, <br />Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast <br />corner of said Section 34; thence on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 55 minutes 06 <br />seconds East, along the east line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, a distance of <br />1321.75 feet to the northeast corner of Government Lot 4 of said Section 34; thence South <br />89 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds West a distance of 1623.71 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning of the tract to be described; thence North 0 degrees 42 minutes 25 seconds West <br />a distance of 243.04 feet to the intersection with the southerly railroad fight-of-way line of <br />Burlington Northern Raikoad Company; thence North 66 degrees 41 minutes 37 seconds <br />West, along said railroad fight-of-way line, a distance of 1090.07 feet to a point on the <br />west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 641.50 feet south of <br />the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 0 <br />degrees 40 minutes 15 seconds East, along said west line, a distance of 388.00 feet to the <br />intersection with the northeasterly right-of-way boundary line of Trunk Highway No. 10, <br />as shown on MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />MONUMENTATION PLAT 02-M5, filed as Anoka County Recorder Document No. <br />541042; thence South 65 degrees 51 minutes 39 seconds East, along said highway right- <br />of-way line, a distance of 32.68 feet to monument A-46, as shown on said plat 02-M5; <br />thence South 65 degrees 48 minutes 26 seconds East, along said highway right-of-way <br />line, a distance of 1066.60 feet to the intersection with a line bearing South 1 degree 05 <br />minutes 57 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 1 degree 05 minutes 57 <br />seconds West a distance of 164.16 feet to the point of beginning. The boundary lines of <br />said tract are marked by Judicial Landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case No. T-2694. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on April 14, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />James Deal for Deal Industrial Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on May 2, 1995, and approved the <br />sketch plan of Deal Industrial Park and directed the developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on May 9, 1995 and <br />recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Deal Industrial Park in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br /> <br />
