Board Member Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-05-114 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE, BASED ON <br />FINDINGS OF FACT #0376, AND DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE TO <br />CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT <br />PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY <br />GENERALLY KNOWN AS 14840 BOWERS DRIVE N.W. <br /> <br />The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than sixty-five (65) feet from the centerline of Bowers Drive N..W. <br /> <br />That the permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br />That the permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />That this variance will not require a certificate of survey for the construction of the <br />accessory structure. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Holland and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br /> Chairperson Ben Deemer <br /> Board Member Michael Terry <br /> Board Member Bradley Thorud <br /> Board Member Charles LaDue <br /> Board Member Paul Holland <br /> Board Member Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Board Member David Bawden <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />24th day of May, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
